Become a BSR Cultural Pearl 2025 by applying for the project's capacity building programme with its coinciding title and use the power of culture to build social resilience in your community.
The BSR Cultural Pearls project, co-funded by Interreg Baltic Sea Region and built up by lead partner Council of the Baltic Sea States along with its 11 other partner organisations, which ARS BALTICA is one of, strives to enhance and nurture social resilience through culture across the Baltic Sea Region.
The project launched its SECOND OPEN CALL and is addressing especially less central towns, cities, municipalities and regions offering them the chance to participate in a diverse capacity building programme including individual mentoring, be awarded the title of BSR Cultural Pearl 2025 and even receive a budget for taking action within their title year.
