ARS BALTICA Organising Committee

The ARS BALTICA Organising Committee consists of representatives of all the ARS BALTICA member states. Twice a year, in spring and in autumn, the delegates meet in order to decide about the network's future strategy, to discuss financial issues and to decide on the logo granting.

The national desks of ARS BALTICA are placed in institutions which have both cultural and political functions in their corresponding countries (e.g. ministries of culture, arts councils, cultural institutions) thanks to which the members of the ARS BALTICA Organising Committee stay in a close relation to both policy makers and cultural operators.
