Data Protection

1. Website content
The authors do not warrant topicality, completeness or quality of the provided information. All liability claims against the authors for material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information are generally excluded unless there is evidence of the authors’ wilful or grossly negligent intent.
All offers are non-binding and subject to changes. The authors expressly reserve the right to edit, amend or delete part of the pages or the entire offer or to temporarily or irrevocably withdraw the website content.

2. References and links
In its decision dated May 12, 1998, the Hamburg District Court ruled that he who adds a link to his website content is also responsible for the contents of the pages the link points to. According to the decision, this can only be prevented by expressly dissociating from such contents.
We would like to point out that we cannot control the design of the links and the contents of the linked pages. For this reason, we expressly dissociate from all contents of all linked pages.
The person offering the linked page is solely responsible for illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and in particular for damage resulting from the use or non-use of the information offered by the links, not the person merely referring to such page by offering a link to it.

3. Copyright and trademark law
The authors of course aim to heed the copyrights of used graphics, audio documents, video clips and texts throughout all publications, to use own graphics, audio documents, video clips and texts or to make use of license-free graphics, audio documents, video clips and texts.
All trademarks mentioned in the website that may be protected by third parties are subject to the regulations of the respectively applicable trademark and title of their registered owners. Merely mentioning them does not allow for the conclusion that trademarks are not protected by third parties’ rights!

The authors of the pages hold the exclusive copyright for published objects they have created. Multiplication or use of such graphics, audio documents, video clips and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without explicit consent from the authors.

4. Legal effect of the present Disclaimer
This Disclaimer forms an integral part of the present website. Should parts or phrases of the present text not match, no longer match or not fully match the currently valid law, the remaining parts of the document shall remain unaffected with regard to their content and validity.
