Bringing together young people from the Nordic countries is the goal of the Volt programme! The Volt Programme is a unique grant by the Nordic Culture Point, aiming at at a target group of persons under the age of 25 in the Nordic region.

It gives funding to all areas of artistic culture, e.g. literature, drama, film, visual arts, and cultural heritage. The programme finances projects, such as productions, exchange and long-term cooperation as well as forums that create exchange and debate. Funds are granted from 10,000 – 70,000 €. Deadline is June 1st.
Applicants do not necessarily need to be under the age of 25, but they should have experience in working with the target group. Projects that want to apply for the grant should be based on cooperation between a minimum of three Nordic countries. Applications will be assessed by the involvment of children and young people, the Nordic dimension and cooperation, the project’s arts as well as language dimension and the consideration of inclusion and equality.
