As in the last years, the festival’s first-class lunch concerts will be free of charge. This year, the pianists will be rising stars Anaîs Cassiers, Sebastian Ivonen, Astri Aareskjold, Samuel Eriksson, Pontus Carron and Nikita Khnykin. The Saturday’s improvisational concert will feature Finnish pianist Iiro Rantala

The 2019 public Master Class will be led by Haochen Zhang, Paul Roberts and Rena Shereshevska, a professor who teaches at the distinguished institutions Alfred Cortot Superior and Ruel Malmaison i Paris. The Helsingborg Festival 2019 again promises to be an intimate and finely curated Jazz Festival.
