Interreg Baltic Sea Region Photo Competition 2020 Edition

All along 2020, the Interreg community celebrates 30 years of Interreg and cooperation in all its shapes. Interreg Baltic Sea Region encourages projects to take part in a photo competition and show cooperation in action and tell your project's success stories.

The Interreg Photo Competition offers the opportunity to share great photos with Interreg an the rest of the world There are four categories to choose from:

- Cooperation: Show people from different countries working together or doing something together. Grasp the transnational spirit of cooperation in your project. Focus on a positive atmosphere and highlight the relation to the project.
- Your project in one picture: Which picture best summarises the essence of your project and helps understand what it is about? Which picture makes your project partners fully identify with your project aims?
- Your project result in use: Have you developed a policy brief, a prototype, a pilot, or any other tangible object in your project? Show us how you have reached your target group(s) and how they are using or implementing your project result.
- 30 (years of Interreg): How would you show to us the celebrations of 30 (years of Interreg)?

The best picture in each category will be part of the Programme’s exhibition dedicated to 30 years of Interreg, get a feature at the Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region in October 2020 in Turku, Finland and a promotion highlight across the Programme’s social media, website and other communication channels.

Interreg is the EU’s flagship scheme for cooperation across borders at regional and national level, to the benefit of all EU citizens. Launched in 1990, it has proven that borders are not barriers and has brought Europeans closer together by helping to tackle common challenges and creating new opportunities for cooperation across borders.
