The New Nordic Cultural Co-operation
(2007 01 05 14:32)The Nordic cultural co-operation has been re-organised – instead of co-operation through institutions and committees a number of programmes that comprise different forms of art and communication will be run within set time limits. Children and young people have been specifically pointed out as a priority area in the guidelines for the new co-operation.
The first three programmes are:
1.The Nordic Game Programme
2.The mobility and residence programme.
3.The programme for Nordic co-operation in the field of arts and culture.
The programmes will be administered by a new secretariat, Kulturkontakt Nord, which will be established in Finland.
