The Robert Bosch Foundation :: call for young cultural managers

Traditionally each year the Robert Bosch Foundation opens an internship programme for young cultural managers from the Central and East European countries.
A year-long internship is prepared for German speaking managers with at least 2 years experience of working in the field of culture. Applicants accepted to participation in the programme will spend 12 months working in one of the cultural institutions in Germany and preparing their own projects that present the young cultural scene of their home countries
The project’s participants have the possibility to take part in five qualification seminars (one week each). The seminars cover the following aspects of cultural manager work:
- project planning,
- teamwork,
- fundraising,
- PR,
- cultural marketing.
