No weapons allowed when theatrical arm moratorium is set! Absence of knifes, arbalests, swords, pistols, rifles, submachine guns, canons in the performed plays. No political parties or religious confessions as well as their explicit or implicit interests will be tolerated during the 1st International Youth Theatre Festival Tomorrow Begins Today!
The idea of the Festival was born among the international theatrical community and, as the organisers claim, has nothing in common with commercial theatrical events. During the 5 May days audience will have a chance to see over 16 different theatres (drama theatre, musical theatre, puppet theatre, plastic theatre, etc.) from different countries performing different genres (drama, tragicomedy, comedy, satire, etc.). The participants of the Festival will be professional theatres (young cast), professional theatre studios, youth theatres, non-repertory and open projects.

Theatrical companies interested in participating in the event are asked to send their application. It is available on-line on festival’s website.
The programme of the Festival includes:
- 15 May :: Opening Ceremony. Location - State Memorial and Natural Preserve Museum-Estate of Leo Tolstoy Yasnaya Polyana
- 16-18 May :: simultaneous plays on six stages
- 19 May :: Closing Ceremony. Gala performance and awarding ceremony of participants
