The aim of the conference is to discus the following issues:
- strengthening the Baltic sea Region within the EU
- rules of conduct are required by international investors
- finding common solutions to the problems with HIV/aids, trafficking, drugs and homelessness of children
- protection, usage and development of the Baltic sea natural and cultural heritage.
The conference will focus more on cross-over contacts and active participation from the audience than extensive lectures given by one authority.
The participants are invited to stay the whole week or pick some of the themes from the program.
