The Joint Secretariat’s (JS) financial team needs support to implement the monitoring and control system of the transnational Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013 financed by the European Regional Development Funds. We work in close contact with the Managing Authority (Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein), the European Commission and the bodies responsible for first and second level control of programme funds and projects.
Profile:
- University degree;
- Sound knowledge of EU Structural Funds regulatory framework for the programming period 2000-2006 and 2007-2013;
- Fluent in English. Good working knowledge in German;
- Computer literate;
- Strong interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
Location: Rostock/Germany. The job starting date: as soon as possible. Maximum duration: 31 December 2015.
