VIDEOMUSIC.RU, Saint Petersburg
(2008 09 25 12:41)The project «VIDEOMUSIC.RU» was launched in 2006, after five years of preparations and researches. The initiator of the project is LLC «Videomusic» in Saint Petersburg.
«VIDEOMUSIC.RU» activities include: placing video materials of musical bands and performers on Internet (www.videomusic.ru) – according to international copyright standards; further promotion of the performers; arranging concerts and shows; informing about musical events of all types and information coverage of cultural events, interviews with musicians and performers.
The project promotes young and talented musicians of various musical genres: rock, jazz, ska, pop, alternative music, classic and ethno. All required information about the musicians is available in any size and data-carrying medium.
«VIDEOMUSIC.RU» cooperates with music festival organisers, promotional centres, concert agencies and media. This way the project plays a crucial part in the music industry in Russia.
In January 2008 «VIDEOMUSIC.RU» activated the first Russian Internet-TV-channel, presenting exclusively music videos and extreme sports videos from all over the world.The channel makes it possible for young audiences to keep in touch with their peers in Commonwealth of Independent States.
Currently «VIDEOMUSIC.RU» is looking for international showbusiness partners and planning to establish "exchange programs" for music bands and performers.
