Fredrikstad Animation Festival has over the last 12 years served as a showroom and meeting place for the animation industry in the Nordic and Baltic countries.

The ambition of the festival is to showcase and celebrate the Nordic and Baltic animation, to bring highlights of international animation to the Nordic region and to serve as a meeting place and source of inspiration for Nordic and Baltic animation professionals.

This year the festival will include : presentation of animated documentary and international shorts as well as Nordic Baltic students competition and Norwegian Shorts Competition. Additionally, on November 9th there will be a seminar presented in co-operation with Norwegian Film Development.
