New head of “Vilnius –European Capital of Culture”

As of  23 February 2009,  the public institution Vilnius – Europos Kulturos Sostine (Vilnius –European Capital of Culture) (VEKS) has been headed by Rolandas Kvietkauskas, undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture.

 

Mr Kvietkauskas was ARS BALTICA chairman in the years  2004 - 2006.
