Baltic Ring - New Perspectives of Co-operation
1 September 2003 - 31 August 2004 The new perspectives of co-operation stem from previous successful co-operation in the field of literature in the Baltic Sea countries. Existing contacts, many-sighted expertise on different aspects of literature as well as strong willingness to develop co-operation further are the starting point. In the previous project certain areas, such as new technologies, were only briefly discussed.

Romani Writers Congress
of the International Romani Writers’ Association 02.07-04.07.2004 in Tammisaari, Finland The International Romani Writers' Association IRWA is organizing an Ars Baltica Romani Writers' Congress from the 2nd to the 4th of July 2004.
