Riga Declaration

ARS BALTICA received a very positive statement in Riga declaration at the 8th Conference of the Ministers for Culture of the Baltic Sea States "Future of Culture in the Baltic Sea Region".
Declaration's excerpt:
"[...] Ministers decided:
[...] - that the Ars Baltica network has played an important role in developing a vibrant cultural co-operation among creative people around the Baltic Sea and has successfully branded regional cultural events;
- to invite to continue collaboration on the Ars Baltica´s networking strategy and other activities within the new international frameworks, including the EU-Russia Cultural Partnership; [...]"
