CBSS 15th Ministerial Session, Elsinore 3-4 June 2009

The Session was attended by Ministers from almost all Member States and the Vice-President of the European Commission. During an informal dinner on the 3rd, the members of the Council heard a keynote speech by the former President of Latvia, Ms. Vike-Freiberga. At the working session on the 4th, they evaluated the performance of the organization and discussed the future course of their cooperation.
