What if a conversation could ripple out and create new possibilities?
Three days of engaging into World Café dialogues will enable participants to experience numerous World Cafés firsthand, gain Know-How about the World Café process as well as be introduced to the emerging network of the World Café Europe and worldwide.
What if we thought of teams working together –either formal or informal teams – as being like individual “table conversations” in a larger Café? What if we thought about each such team interacting with other teams as being like when team members rotate from one Café table to another, influencing and being influenced by each other through the web of conversations through which they are participating.
The 1st World Café European Gathering will provide a European forum to stimulate collective thinking and action within and between organizations and communities about questions that matter across Europe. A wide spectrum of participants are invited to participate in this Gathering: leaders and change agents in private businesses and the non-profit sector, activists and community leaders, young future leaders, consultants, and individuals who are passionate to help bring about meaningful change in their environment.
