ENCC Second European Project Fair of Cultural Centres, 3-5 October 2007, Riga, Latvia

Under the title Bringing Cultures Together – Approximation Through Exchange, the European Network of Cultural Centres (ENCC) announces its Second European Project Fair of Cultural Centres, to take place in Riga, Latvia, on 3-5 October 2007.
In the meeting’s agenda you will find discussing and sharing experiences about good practices in association networking, cross-border projects and Europe-wide staff exchange programmes.
Invited speakers come from a broad range of backgrounds – political decision makers, representatives of different cultural centres, umbrella organisations, and institutions with important knowledge about funding opportunities above all regarding EU programmes, etc.
