The Conference “Networks – The Evolving Aspects of Culture in the 21st Century”, Call for Papers by 15 July 2009

The Culturelink is celebrating this year its 20th anniversary and wants to mark this occasion with the Third World Culturelink Conference titled "Networks – The Evolving Aspects of Culture in the 21st Century", which will be held 13 – 15 November in Zagreb, Croatia.
The idea of the conference is to bring together Culturelink Network's members, researchers, professionals, and many enthusiasts of networking. The participants will discuss the role and importance of cultural networking for cultural development in the 21st century. The debate will be based on the cultural networking experience from previous 20 years, and will investigate cultural policies structures, usage of innovative IC technologies and networking applications. The focus will be on promoting cultural diversity and intercultural communication, supported with examples from all over the world.
The organisers invite the submissions of papers to be presented at the conference. The proposals should be submitted by 15 July 2009 and refer to the themes listed in the preliminary agenda.
