Creativity and innovation in the EU – closing conference 16–17 December, Stockholm

The theme of the conference ‘Create. Innovate. Grow’ is the importance of creativity and innovation for the development of the individual and society.

Good examples from various creative and innovative activities that have taken place around Europe during the year will be displayed in a digital exhibition while the winners of the competition for young entrepreneurs Innovation and Creativity Camp Finale, and the European photo competition Imagine a new world will be celebrated at the conference. Workshops and seminars will highlight creativity in educational programmes, technical innovations and the role of entrepreneurship.

The closing conference is being arranged jointly by the International Programme Office for Education and Training and the Government Offices of Sweden.

 

Pupils from Forsbergs School of Creative Art & Design have been commissioned to create a concept that will provide a frame for the visual impression made by the conference and stir the visitor’s curiosity through playful features in the conference centre.
