The conference will be devoted to the possibilities of implementation and financing of cooperation projects within the frames of new Eastern Partnership programs. Over 50 culture managers from Eastern Europe and Caucasus have already confirmed their participation.
The opening speeches will be followed by presentation of networks and their experience in cooperation with the organizations from Eastern Europe. Afterwards projects across borders will be presented. Two discussion panels will take place in the afternoon.
The topics will be:
Visible/invisible borders – cultural differences vs. Schengen zone – 3rd sector perspective
Main barriers and obstacles in cooperation – how to overcome them in the future? – policy makers perspective
The second day will be devoted to Geographical focus and workshops. It will be possible to choose from four themes:
A.Partner search and European partnerships building – how to find right partners and how to keep them
B.Culture Programme – possibilities for participation of partners from 3rd countries
C.Europe for Citizens Programme – general overview of financing possibilities, project life cycle - from idea to evaluation
D.How to make Eastern Partnership work – collecting practical recommendations
The first day of conference and "Geographical Focus" will be conducted in 3 languages: Polish, English and Russian. The workshops during the second day are to be held in English only.
