Project follow-up
The ARS BALTICA Secretariat is in contact with the leaders of ARS BALTICA projects concerning upcoming events, the use of the logo and regulations about the reporting. In irregular intervals, the project leaders are provided with special information from the Secretariat, e.g. about ongoing internal processes that are of interest for the project leaders or about new opportunities for funding or collaboration.
The project leaders are kindly asked to provide the ARS BALTICA Secretariat with a short report about the project including a copy of the press review, two months after the event has taken place.

The ARS BALTICA granted "Virtual Baltic Sea Library" is looking for partners, sponsors and other co-financing, at the prospect of a planned application for means of the EU culture programme.
