The accreditation is valid for two years respectively two editions of the accredited projects (e.g. biennale). Thereafter, the project leader is asked to send in an application form for a subsequent accreditation.
When receiving the certificate on accreditation, the project leaders are asked to provide the ARS BALTICA Secretariat with all the relevant information about the project, including photos. The project will be described on the ARS BALTICA website with a short portrait and with the announcement of events taking place under the umbrella of the project.
For the announcement of the next edition of a project, the project leaders are asked to send in the press information two months before the project takes place.
Two months after the event has taken place, the project leaders are kindly asked to provide the ARS BALTICA Secretariat with a short report about the project including a copy of the press review.
The project leaders receive the ARS BALTICA logo by mail as soon as the project is accepted as ARS BALTICA project. The logo must be placed on all the promotion material (print and online). A copy/ collection of the promotion material has to be sent to the Secretariat.
"ARS BALTICA is not a bureaucratic construction for political posturing, but a concept that stands for unconventional and committed collaboration in real cooperative projects." (Rainer Haarmann, former ARS BALTICA Coordinator, 1997)
