ABCD - Scanning Tool

The ARS BALTICA Creative Dialogue (ABCD) goes into its second phase and takes place as ABCD Scanning Tool within the Creative Ports project with the focus on internationalisation of Cultural and Creative Industries in the Baltic Sea Region on 1 and 3 March.

The ABCD Scanning Tool for CCI Internationalisation takes place as an Internationalisation Tool within the Creative Ports project. Creative Ports aims to improve and encourage collaboration between the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) actors of the participating countries and to further develop strategies and processes around internationalisation.

The Scanning Tool aims to define current real needs for internationalisation within the Cultural and Creative Industries sector in each participating region, to map and prioritise these needs in order to collectively find and draft possible solutions in response to the expected value expressed needs to the participants.

The Tool intends to gather intermediaries and cultural practitioners in online sessions providing space for facilitated discussion and workshop exercises in an open environment curated to create solutions and achieve synergies for and with the participating partners. This interactive online format featuring discussions, allows to communicate and interact in an international context involving participants from various Baltic Sea Region countries.

The Tool is parted in two sections. The first part will take place on 1 March from 1 to 5 pm CET, the second part on 3 March from 1 to 5 pm CET. The sections will be facilitated by Henryk Stawicki and Justyna Turek from Change Pilots.

Henryk creates product and service scenarios based on design strategies for organisations and supports the design processes using sustainable and circular principles and brings multicultural perspective. He is the co-founder of Change Pilots as well. Justyna creates experiences, systems and workshops as a design researcher that allow the client to communicate integral value. Like Henryk she collected experience and knowledge by working international.
