ARS BALTICA, an international cultural initiative for the Baltic Sea Region is seeking for an assistant within the ARS BALTICA Secretariat as early as possible, latest by April 1st 2026.
For almost 30 years, ARS BALTICA has been connecting cultural practitioners and stakeholders across the region, fostering intercultural dialogue, following cultural trends, and creating visibility for outstanding artistic work—both online and offline. The position offers an inspiring international working environment at the crossroads of culture, communication, and European cooperation.
As Media & Project Assistant, you will help shape ARS BALTICA’s media presence and support ongoing international projects, working closely with partners across countries and disciplines. This role is ideal for someone who works proactively and independently, and is open to international collaboration and travel.
