The 4th in-person Partner Meeting within the BSR Cultural Pearls Project is to take place in Kiel in September 2024. The event partially coincides with the BSSSC Annual Forum. Meet the project partners and 2024 Pearls there to network.
With 16 eligible candidates from all over the Baltic Sea region (BSR), preparations for the further selection process for the BSR Cultural Pearls 2025 are in full swing. Meanwhile, the partner consortium is also looking ahead at its 4th in-person Partner Meeting in Kiel in September 2024 to exchange on the future of the project as well as exchange with the 2024 Pearls. Additionally, the current title holders have their own exchange programme amongst each other apart from the partner meeting. Adjacent to these events, the BSSSC Annual Conference (more information below) is taking place on September 19th and 20th with the opportunity for partners and Pearls to engage in to connect further within the region.

BSSSC Annual Conference: The 32nd Baltic Sea States Subregional Co-operation (BSSSC) Annual Conference is taking place in Kiel, Germany, from September 19th to 20th, 2024. Under the current chairmanship of Schleswig-Holstein, participants are welcomed to take part in plenary sessions, workshops and discussions on highly relevant issues for the Baltic Sea Region regarding sustainability on all levels. Topics range from improvement of transport routes via building resilient communities through culture to dealing with dumped munitions in the Baltic Sea.
