Creative Ports Seminar

The UBC Smart and Prospering Cities Commission and Waterkant SH are organising the Creative Ports seminar on 21 April 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM.

Together with top level experts from Baltic Sea Region the organisers will take a deep look at the current state of the Cultural and Creative Industries in the Baltic Sea Region and gain insights into the project Creative Ports and its tools. The panelists will discuss its results, recommendations and impact on the development of larger, international networks for companies in the creative and cultural sectors. More information can be found here.

Creative Ports was a flagship project of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region, funded by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme. Creative Ports aims to improve and encourage collaboration between the Cultural and Creative Industries actors of the participating countries and to further develop strategies and processes around internationalisation.

The UBC Smart and Prospering Cities Commission offers a reliable network of entrepreneurs, scientists and administration experts from the BSR and beyond. In the last years the thematic focus was on attractiveness of cities and innovation promotion.
