In the fifth edition of the ETC Artist Residency Programme applicants can join the creative team of a theatre production at an ETC member theatre particularly as assistant director or assistant dramaturge.
The selected artists will join the creative team of a theatre production process for 4 to 8 weeks at ETC Member Theatres and gain insights into new working methods and discovering the daily routine and structures of a European public theatre.
Travel from the hometown to the theatre within Europe and countries participating in the EU Programme Creative Europe is included (up to €300). Financial contribution to the local expenses will also be given (depending on the actual length of stay). Applicants are also welcome to participate in the ETC International Theatre Conference in Prague, May 2022 (including travel, per diems and accommodation).
Applicants will be asked to upload a CV and a motivation letter in English, with reference to the placement choice. The results will be communicated via email by the end of November 2021. Personal presence of selected participants throughout the entire programme and at the ETC International Theatre Conference is required.
