The European Union uses their budget of 39,7 million EUR from 2024 to 2027 to provide a lump-sum grant for approximately 30 representative networks with members from a multitude of Creative Europe countries.
They have a shared mission, governance rules, and members' rights and obligations. Projects are encouraged that promote emerging artists, confront conflicts, foster innovation, generate new jobs and make the sector prosper by representing its interests, analysing and developing policies, networking and providing professional training.
The proposal should be composed of work packages, each relating to one of the call-specific priorities and offering a reliable strategy in synergy the network members and with other EU-funded activities. These are culture for the people, the planet, co-creative partnerships beyond Europe, digital transformation and artists and cultural professionals.
The implementation of these themes is expected to shape cultural policy in Europe and create a „network of networks“, which has a struct1ring effect. The selected applicants will cover a diverse range of countries, cultures and disciplines and should also incorporate diversity into their projects.
