FEHMARNBELTDAYS 2021

ARS BALTICA is organising a two part session during this year's Fehmarnbeltdays taking place on 31 May. FBD will take place as a digital event, streamed live from Weissenhäuser Strand in Ostholstein, Schleswig-Holstein.

The Fehmarnbelt Days are a platform for stakeholders from politics, business, science and society from the emerging Fehmarnbelt region and beyond. This year's Fehmarnbelt Days will take place as a digital event, streamed live from Weissenhäuser Strand in Ostholstein, Schleswig-Holstein. Taking place on 31 May, FBD 2021 will run under the motto "Our region. Our future. Stronger together" and are thematically based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

ARS BALTICA is organising the sessionCULTURE4CLIMATE during the Fehmarnbelt Days. The session will be moderated by Oleg Koefoed (Growing Pathways). Speaker such as Karin Prien (Minister for Education, Science and and Cultural Affairs of the State of Schleswig Holstein), Guido Froese (Nordkolleg Rendsburg), Helge Albers (Filmförderung Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein) and Dr. Charlotte Streck (Climate Focus) will discuss the outstanding role of culture in combating the climate crisis.

The second part of the session will consist of a workshop on how we can raise our own awareness on the topic and get from talk to walk.
