FLIP Conference

The Creative FLIP project partners are organising a stakeholder conference FLIPPING PERSPECTIVES – MAXIMIZING EXCHANGE on 16 March. The conference will take place in-person in Brussels, with parts of the program live streamed for the online audience.

The conference will gather main stakeholders of CCS (Cultural and Creative Sector) – from EU and national policy-makers, networks and intermediary organizations, to researchers, experts, Voices of Culture process participants and cultural and creative professionals. The programme will include inspirational speeches, thought-provoking panel discussions and interactive sessions which will provide opportunities for direct exchange and networking.

Participants will get the opportunity to discuss issues relating to the working conditions of artists, sustainable and  resilient cooperation settings for and with the sector and how to support CCSIs in finding the right opportunities suited to their financing needs, and to strengthen their financial literacy.  Finally, participants will get an exclusive glimpse at the upcoming Creative FLIP So You need Money? Tool.

The whole conference programme and a list of speakers can be found here.

FLIP – Finance, Learning, Innovation and Intellectual Property Rights for CCSI is a Preparatory Action, co-funded by the EU and project partners. The new phase of Creative FLIP will be running from 2021-2023. The main objective of the project is to build a stronger resilience of the cultural and creative sector, by further strengthening the overall CCS ecosystem and supporting the capacities of its actors in the areas of Finance, Learning/Skills, Innovation and Intellectual Property Rights.
