Organized by PA Culture, Creative Estonia, Baltic Sea Cultural Centre, ARS BALTICA, and the CCI Contact Desk, this second edition builds on the success of its 2024 pilot for a regular Culture Forum within the EUSBSR. It brings together cultural and creative professionals from across the Baltic Sea Region.
