We are delighted to invite you to the InnoCulture Conference 2025 - Exploring CCI Skills That Shape Tomorrow, taking place on November 19–20 at Kultuurikatel in Tallinn, Estonia.
Organized by PA Culture, Creative Estonia, Baltic Sea Cultural Centre, ARS BALTICA, and the CCI Contact Desk, this second edition builds on the success of its 2024 pilot for a regular Culture Forum within the EUSBSR. It brings together cultural and creative professionals from across the Baltic Sea Region.

Programme Highlights - Let us present our keynote speakers:
- Kati Uusi-Rauva – Director of EIT Culture & Creativity North – will speak on 'Skills and Cross-sectoral Approaches', introducing this year’s conference theme and sparking discussions in group sessions.
Kati Uusi-Rauva, M.A. in Cultural Anthropology, has led EIT Culture & Creativity North since autumn 2024. Since the late 1990s, she has supported creative sector professionals and companies in exports, internationalization, and funding. Her diverse career includes roles as a producer in the gaming industry, independent agent and entrepreneur, and expert in business development, funding programmes, and export initiatives. She previously headed AGMA, the association of agents and managers in creative industries (2014–2022), and the Uniarts Hub pre-incubator at the University of the Arts Helsinki (2022–2024).
Marcin Piotrowski – sociologist, cultural animator, and place marketing specialist – will deliver an inspirational keynote on 'What role does culture play in creating social resilience?'
Marcin is President of the Folkowisko Association and founder of the Folkowisko Humanitarian Foundation. He directs major festivals such as Folkowisko and CieszFanów, has led award-winning social campaigns, and has been at the forefront of large-scale humanitarian aid efforts for Ukraine. His work in culture, community building, and resilience has earned him numerous national and international honors.
