We are delighted to invite you to the InnoCulture Conference 2025 - Exploring CCI Skills That Shape Tomorrow, taking place on November 19–20 at Kultuurikatel in Tallinn, Estonia.
Organized by PA CultureCreative EstoniaBaltic Sea Cultural CentreARS BALTICA, and the CCI Contact Desk, this second edition builds on the success of its 2024 pilot for a regular Culture Forum within the EUSBSR. It brings together cultural and creative professionals from across the Baltic Sea Region.

Our Skill Exploring Sessions - Part 2:
The conference grants you the opportunity to explore CCI Skills that shape tomorrow in four sessions, of which you can contribute to two. Let us present the second part of the selection to choose from:

SESSION 3: Skills × Communication:

Oleg Koefoed – Head of the Center for Vitality and Regenerative Transformation. As a teacher and supervisor at Copenhagen Business School and Copenhagen University, he brings more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of culture, sustainability, and regeneration to the table. 

His sessions will explore how creatives can more effectively engage policymakers and funders, equipping participants with tools to advocate for a stronger, more inclusive creative ecosystem in the Baltic Sea Region. Participants will learn how to:

  • Navigate policy frameworks such as those of EUSBSR PA Culture and the Council of the Baltic Sea States
  • Frame their needs to attract investment and influence cultural policy
  • Strengthen collaboration across the culture and policy ecosystem by building a more cohesive and impactful Cultural and Creative Sectors (CCS) lobby across the region

SESSION 4: Skills × Social entrepreneurship:

José Carlos Ceballos – Director of the International Area at Centro Internacional Santander Emprendimiento (CISE). With over 20 years of experience in development cooperation, humanitarian aid, and education, José Carlos now focuses on entrepreneurship, employability, and social innovation across Europe - promoting inclusion, gender equality, and green and digital transitions.

His hands-on sessions will explore how social entrepreneurship can strengthen local communities through culture. Participants will:

  • Learn the core principles of social entrepreneurship
  • Discover real-life examples of culture-driven innovation
  • Take part in interactive discussions and idea-sharing
  • Gain practical tools to turn ideas into action
