Open Call Keychange

Keychange is funded by the Creative Europe Programme of the European Union and hosts an annual participant programme to champion, spotlight and upskill exceptional women and gender minority artists and innovators.

Keychange invites women and gender minority artists and innovators from the 12 countries to apply to take part in the next 12 month programme, and to become part of the prestigious Keychange participant network.

The focus of this programme is to help participants to get to the next stage in their career and realise their potential, to bring a meaningful change across the music industry and help to overcome the barriers the participant face because of their gender as well as to connect to opportunities created by an international network of individuals, organisations and audiences.

The organisers are looking for innovative emerging Artists, with a distinctive and original talent who write and perform their own music, and are ready to export, and showcase their music to new international territories. Innovators (anyone working in music who doesn’t write and/or perform their own music) are also welcome to apply.

Artists and Innovators from following Baltic Sea Region contries are welcome to apply until 4 October: Estonia, Germany, Iceland, Norway, Sweden and Poland. More information can be found here.

Keychange is an international campaign and network for gender equality, which aims to diversify the current music industry to create a more sustainable and stronger community for everyone.
