Open Call REAL-IN

The project REAL-IN and arts festival VRHAM! present a one week residency in Marseille for creators and artists working in the field of Interactive Arts who want to develop a project by exploring the possibilities that lie in the innovation of 3D-scanning technologies.

The aim of the residency is to encourage groundbreaking and forward-thinking implementations of the technology and to add a layer of participation and collective accessibility to the project. The project will be presented during the VRAHM! festival in Hamburg (Germany) between 4 to 12 June 2021.

Artists and small artists teams as well as non-profit organisation from Europe or the UK are welcome to apply. Besides the residency in Marseille, provided by Dark Euphoria, two technical directors who develop sketches and prototypes during the residency are available. Technical support can be provided for two to six months following the residency. The residency comes with a grant of up to 10,000€ for production and prototyping costs and offers the chance to network and communicate with other artists and experts in the field.

Application should be submitted before the deadline of 15 March. More information can be found here.
