The Tallinn Music Week is a multi-genre festival of unique talent across Europe and beyond with diverse genres from experimental electronica to metal to classical for tomorrow's music, arts and ideas. The organisers are looking for artists for the next festival edition in 2023.
The Music festival will take palce from 11 May to 13 May with around 150 – 200 artists from various genres and scenes from all over Europe and beyond in Tallinn’s best venues play to an audience of around 15,000 people and to 1,000 music industry professionals from international markets and the Baltic-Nordic region. The Conference takes place on 12 and 13 May with panel discussions, presentations and various practical activities, including dedicated mentoring sessions and one-on-ones with industry professionals. The Conference will be livestreamed on TMW DigoPRO platform. The City festival takes place between 10 and 14 May.
TMW offers PRO passes to all selected artists/artist collective members and representatives that enable participation in both the music festival and conference (both in-person and online), incl. in the artist education programme of workshops and mentoring sessions. Access to the TMW PRO digi-platform and networking options with the region’s key music industry professionals as well as with selected international industry experts will also be offered. The artists will be promoted to the national and international audiences.
Applications can be submitted untl 12 December 2022. Artists chosen to perform will be announced in stages from February to March 2023. More information about the Open Call can be found here.
