On 30 September 2025, the Policy Learning Platform by Interreg Europe will hold the second episode of the webinar series 'Vibrant towns and rural areas'. Small towns and rural regions across Europe are facing significant challenges: shrinking populations, limited public services, and economic decline. To respond, many public authorities are adopting integrated territorial approaches, looking at these issues as a whole and designing policies that address them together.
