SDECE 2025 | 04 June 2025

On June 4, 2025, from 9.00 to 16.00 CET, the Strategic Dialogue on the European Creative Economy (SDECE) 2025 is taking place in Brussels, Belgium, striving to influence future EU policies on culture and creativity.

This high-level roundtable, organised by the European Federation for Creative Economy (CreativeFED), brings together representatives of government, industry, academia, and civil society to discuss strategies that foster innovation, protect intellectual property, and reinforce Europe’s creative leadership.

The programme further offers a presentation of the CreativeFED's position paper linked to a discussion on cultural autonomy and followed by a cross-project dialogue with inputs from different EU projects under four themes:

  • European Democracy Shield
  • Strategic Cultural Autonomy
