The New European Bauhaus Conference

The first "New European Bauhaus Conference" will take place on 22 and 23 April online. Join the conversations on how a more beautiful and sustainable future together can be build together. The conference is free and open to everyone.

The New European Bauhaus is a creative and interdisciplinary initiative, convening a space of encounter to design future ways of living, situated at the crossroads between art, culture, social inclusion, science and technology. It brings the Green Deal to the living places and calls for a collective effort to imagine and build a future that is sustainable, inclusive and beautiful for the minds and souls.

During the conference many politicians, like Usrula von der Leyen and David Sassoli, as well as artists and other politically active persons will have panels, talks and discussions about the New European Bauhaus, its visions and the project in general. You can find the full programme here.

Francesca Bria, the president of the Italian National Innovation Fund, and Bjarke Ingels, architect and founder of the Bjarke Ingels Design Group (BIG), will moderate the conference.  On the first day the conference is taking place between 14:00 and 17:45 and on the second day between 15:00 and 18:00.
