The final conference of the project UrbCulturalPlanning is taking place in Riga as a hybrid form on 15 – 17 September 2021. The project's outcomes and a look at the future beyond the project will be presented during the conference.
The conference is organized by Riga City Council City Development Department. UrbCulturalPlanning project is funded by the Interreg Baltic Sea Region (BSR) programme and is a BSR flagship project.
A topic of the conference will be a look at cultural planning from a broader scope and formulate the approach to it within the UCP project and the possible future perspectives within the Hubs of Cultural Planning – a network launched to further the UrbCulturalPlanning energy. 10 different neighbourhoods and 8 municipalities around the Baltic Sea Region will present their experiences and approaches to cultural planning.
