Waterkant Festival & Filmby Ideas Lab

Waterkant Festival (Schleswig-Holstein, Germany) and Filmby Ideas Lab in Aarhus (Denmark) are hosting an evening dedicated to the creative game development industry on 13 August.

Filmby Ideas Lab in Aarhus will be bringing down a delegation of game developers ranging from the single-person indie setup to the very best studio in Aarhus. The event consists of a mix of talks, workshops and play-throughs stretching at the atmospheric MFG5 base in Kiel.

Companies such as Fair Games (one man game studio working on the early access title called Necesse), Funday Factory (An Aarhus studio looking very much for talent and partnerships) or Ahoot Media (a Danish game company specialising in serious games and gamification experiences) with speakers such as Esben Kjær Ravn (Founder and CEO of Kong Orange) and Mads Skovgaard (Creator of Necesse) will be part of the event.

The event takes place in collaboration with IF(game)SH. The registration form can be found here.

The Waterkant Festival is an educational project that offers opportunity spaces, programmes and events in order to motivate participants of all ages and backgrounds to develop and reinvent themselves. Filmby Aarhus is a creative business park and a strong media organization with 100+ companies that primarily work with film, games and media.
